Warehouse Assistant

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer and triage phones and provide initial customer service response
  • Update customer install and service information in database
  • Triage and manage incoming specific email inboxes for initial customer response
  • Perform various office duties which includes but is not limited to - maintaining inventory of specific warehouse stock and office supplies, running errands, helping update Google Calendar
  • Basic data entry, document scan and filing
  • Debt Collection and Accounts Receivable Management
  • Aid Service and Install Managers with emergency tasks


  • Excellent Windows and Mac computer skills
  • Impeccable verbal and written communications skills
  • Good attitude and work ethic
  • Valid driver's license
  • Great customer service and communication skills 
  • Organized and professional
  • Able to multi-task
